An idea is born. With great anticipation we look forward to what could be. Then, life happens and the idea that was born, this little vulnerable idea, is left alone.

In the beginning, it is easy to get excited about a fresh idea and a new promise of the future. The secret is to STAY EXCITED! Even when life happens. Even when we have to turn off of the road and make a pitstop. Think of it this way, when a baby is born, it is human nature to take care of that baby and teach him everything he needs to know to grow into a thriving, beautiful person. We wouldn’t just put the baby off to the side and say, ” Feed yourself, diaper yourself, take care of yourself.” That’s absurd! So why in the world would we treat our ideas any different? How can we compare the two? We might not be able to however, we can identify with both as being new, and in need of nurture, can’t we?
